Shannon Leto’s last post on instagram was on coffee a week ago, he loves it in fact, he should’ve chosen the bean over the bottle.

Shannon Leto was arrested for a DUI around 7:00pm monday night in the Fairfax Blvd are in Los Angeles. Leto also has an outstanding traffic warrant for driving without a license. Shannon Leto is Jared Leto’s brother and the drummer for 30 Seconds To Mars. Leto is currently in custody with the LAPD and held on bail of $5,000 for DUI and $2,500 for driving without a license.
