How long is the course?A: The Nevada DMV requires that all Level 1 DUI courses be 8 hours in length. Our DUI course is available online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.Is there support if I have a question?
A: A live person is available by toll free telephone or by online chat support. The support is available from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Customer service is very important to us and we make every effort not to leave students waiting for an answer.
Will the ABCDUIONLINE.COM satisfy the requirements by all Nevada state courts?
A: The Nevada Dept. of Motor Vehicles certifies and licenses all DUI courses in Nevada. All licensed DUI courses are listed on the DMV website at the bottom of their homepage.
How do I sign up for the course?
A: Registering for our DUI course is a stress free and fast process. Once registration is complete, you are ready to begin the course. You can begin the course right away or at a more convenient time.
What if I lose or forget my password?
A: When you log in, just click on the link “forgot my password”. You will receive an email that will allow you to create a new password.
Do I need to finish the course in one sitting until completed?
A: The course is designed for students to sign in and out, and return as often as their schedule permits. The course will always continue from where you last signed out.
Is the course only available online?
A: The course was created with the student’s convenience and schedule in mind. So yes, the course is 100% on-line. You do not need to drive anywhere to take a separate final exam. Our course is all-inclusive.
Do I need any special software or hardware?
A: Our DUI course will work on any internet browser. No special software downloads or hardware is required to participate in our course. If you have a computer, tablet or smart phone you only need a WIFI connection; our course is always at the tips of your fingers.
Is my payment to ABCDUIONLINE secure?
A: Payments are made directly through a secure, highly encrypted e-commerce site. We also offer PayPal processing using either a credit card or debit card. PayPal is a trusted site by many small and large companies for business transactions.
What if I have no e-mail address?
A: An email address is generally required to participate in our course. If you do not have a personal email address, you may consider using a family or friend’s address.

A: The Internet is a continuously evolving technology, but it is not infallible and occasionally fails… usually at an inconvenient time. If for some reason, you lose internet connection in the middle of a section, when you log back in, you are able to continue from where you left off and the time spent in that section is still credited to the total hours spent in the course.

A: For best access to our website, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, although other browsers should work as well. Browsers can be download free from the internet.

If for some reason, you lose internet connection in the middle of a section, when you log back in, you are able to continue from where you left off including the time you spent in that section. You cannot lose credit for the time you have invested to that moment.
